Jamie will be received into Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church on Tuesday 16th August at 6pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday 17th August at 12.45pm, followed by cremation at Saltwell Crematorium.
Jamie's family kindly invite everyone to join them after the service at Blaydon Rugby Club, for refreshments and to continue the celebration of his life.
Jamie will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
